Hi, I'm Kayla Fearn.

As a Treasure Valley native, Idaho isn't just where I work—it's home. Having grown up in Meridian and watched our communities evolve over the years, I've developed a deep appreciation for the people, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make Idaho such a special place to live.

For the past 13 years, I've had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Outside of real estate, my husband James and I are raising our three daughters while enjoying the Idaho lifestyle we love.
